Mr. Richard “Jason” DuBose of Dothan passed away Friday, April 29, 2022. He was 40.
Jason was born October 14, 1981 in Eustis, FL to Richard DuBose and Robin Beard Orlando. Jason was a graduate of Charles Henderson High School class of 2000. He attended Troy State University where he worked in the Trojan University Athletic Department. Jason worked many years in the food service industry. He was an avid Florida Gator and Orlando Magic fan.
Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bertrum Bennett DuBose, Laurier and Betty Beard.
Survivors include his mother, Robin Orlando (Joe); his father, Richard DuBose (Mary); his grandmother, Maxine DuBose; his son Michael Holcomb; his sister, Adria Ellenburg (Clay); brothers: Michael Orlando (Carol), Bobby Orlando (Jordie), and William “Tripp” Phares (Deborah); numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and other extended family and friends.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Lakeview Cemetery in Brundidge, Alabama.
