Hannah Ruth Gilley of Midland City passed away Saturday, February 5, 2022. She was 28.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 7, 2022 at Ridgecrest Baptist Church with Rev. Ray Jones officiating and Sorrells Funeral Home of Slocomb directing. Interment will follow in the Wicksburg Assembly of God Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
Hannah was born March 5, 1993 in Dothan, Alabama to Leslie Jean Smith Gilley and Ray Gilley, Jr. She was a 2011 graduate of Dothan High School. She was a loving daughter, sister, friend and an adoring mother to little Skylar.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, A.E. Smith and Jean Griffin Smith.
Survivors include her daughter, Skylar Jiselle Wimbush; parents, Ray and Leslie Gilley; siblings: Aselyn Griswold (Collier), Trey Gilley (Sarah), and Averie Gilley; grandfather, Marion Ray Gilley; other extended family and friends.
