William "Bill" Whitman

Mr. William “Bill” Whitman of Hartford passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at his home. He was 72.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Whitman was born March 16, 1950 in Harrisburg, PA to the late Edward and Ruby Harriett Whitman. William served 15 years in the United States Army fighting for our country.

In addition to his parents, thirteen siblings preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Joyce Whitman; daughters: Tabetha Combs (Whitney) and Kimberlin Boyles (Rick); sons: Andrew Whitman (Jordan) and William Whitman II (Deana); grandchildren: Johnny Combs, Wyatt Whitman, Oakley Whitman, and Izabell Whitman; siblings; Chuck Whitman (Sherry), Edward Whitman (Barbara), and Burt Sasso; nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
