Mrs. Teresa Phelps of Hartford passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at her home. She was 55.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 4 at Hurricane United Methodist Church of Hartford. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Slocomb directing.
The family will receive friends on Friday at the church beginning at 9:00 a.m. and continuing until service time.
Teresa was born in Geneva County on July 12, 1958 to the late George Bennett and Betty Ruth Anderson Baxley.
Survivors include her husband, Marcus Phelps, Hartford; three daughters: Kyleigh Smith (Larry), Hartford, Karen Eubanks and Ginger Martin (Justin), both of Dothan; one brother, David and Martha Baxley and their daughter, Amanda, Naples, FL;
seven grandchildren: JT, Tyler, Tanner, Caleb, Cameron, Tiffany and Justine.
