Rosemary Blakeman Haney

Mrs. Rosemary Blakeman Haney of Dothan passed away Thursday, May 14, 2015 at The Terrace at Grove Park. She was 82.

Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m. CST on Monday, May 18, 2015 at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery  with Dr. Johnny Fain officiating and Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Slocomb directing.

Flowers will be accepted or the family requests that you honor Rosemary's memory with donations to the Army Aviation Museum Foundation, 6000 Novosel Street Fort Rucker, AL 36362.

Mrs. Haney was born June 18, 1932 in Lucasville, Ohio to the late Roy and Marie Wagner Blakeman.

In addition to her parents, her husband, Charles L. Haney and brother, Robert Blakeman preceded her in death.

Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Morrison (John), Dothan; son, Andy Haney (Sharon), Ottawa, KS; three grandchildren: Jason Haney (Becky), Shawnee, KS, Julia Bayes (Jake), Overland Park, KS, Carol Marie Andrews (Mike), Dothan; six great-grandchildren: Shelby, David Michael, Nathan, Jack, Seth and Ella; brother, Forrest Blakeman; three sisters: JoAnn Miller, Judy Childers and Donna Roddenbery; several nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
