Penny May Holder of Slocomb passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at her home. She was 58.
A celebration of Penny’s life will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Christian Home Baptist Church in Slocomb.
Penny was born November 7, 1966 in Raceland, Louisiana to the late Stanislaus and Noltida Guidry Rogers. She had a passion for art and enjoyed drawing and painting and loved listening to music. She was a loving and caring mother and grandmother.
In addition to her parents, a brother, Smokey Rogers preceded her in death.
Survivors include her children: Bethany Watts (Charlie), Nathaniel Holder, and Toby Holder (Alaina); grandchildren: Samara, Ryleigh, Noah, Jonah, Emory, Daisy, and Everly; siblings: Anna Creppel, Cynthia Rogers, Bobby Rogers, Don Rogers, and Jimmy Rogers, Sr.; father of her children, Eddie Holder; several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
