Mr. Olan G. Martin of Slocomb passed away Friday, September 24, 2021 at his home.
Memorialization will be by cremation with private services to be held at a later date.
Olan was born was born May 3, 1954 in Houston County to the late Milton and Gwendolyn Boyette Martin. He was a well-known and well-respected mechanic in the area. There was not a more giving man than Olan, he had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. He was an honest man who looked for the good in everything and everyone.
In addition to his parents; three sisters, Betty, Linda and Janie-Sue; three brothers, Hulon, Tommy and Joe, all preceded him in death.
Olan is survived by his wife, Starla Martin; two sons, Christopher Martin and Mark Bailey; six grandchildren; one great- grandchild; three sisters, Mary, Elizabeth and Patricia and one brother, James.
