Ms. Myra Nell Harris of Dothan passed away Thursday, December 4, 2014 at her home. She was 72.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 7, 2014 at Malvern Baptist Church with Rev. Hosea Parker officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Slocomb directing. The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to service.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.
Ms. Harris was born December 31, 1941 in Geneva County to the late W.H. Milton and Ethel Molissa Baxley Collins. She was a member of Malvern Baptist Church.
Survivors include; son, Morton "Chip" Harris II (Cindy), Malvern; brother, Larry Collins (Jackie), Malvern; two grandchildren: Caleb and Shelby; niece, Kelly Collins and nephew, Larry M. "Chuck" Collins II (Martie) and their children, Gabrielle and Dave.
