Melinda Susan Sorrells

Mrs. Melinda Susan Sorrells of Westville, FL passed away Thursday, October 13 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was 59.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, October 17, 2016in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Slocomb. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday beginning at 11:00 a.m. and continuing until service time.

Mrs. Sorrells was born July 17, 1957 in Orlando, FL to Charles and Shirley Pritchard McMillen. Melinda enjoyed life! She loved riding motorcycles, boating and spending time at the beach. She cherished spending time with her friends whom she loved very much. Melinda was loved by all who knew her and will be dearly missed.

Survivors include her husband, James Mark Sorrells, Westville, FL; two daughters: Erin Keilman (Joe), Fort Collins, CO and Kari McConkey, Pensacola, FL; two step-sons: James Michael and William Colby Sorrells; her parents, Charles and Shirley McMillen, Daytona Beach, FL; two brothers: David McMillen and Charles McMillen both of Daytona Beach, FL; other extended family and friends.
