Loyce Davis

Mr. Loyce Davis of Cowarts passed away Sunday, December 17, 2023 at Southeast Health. He was 72.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at Cowarts Baptist Church. The family will receive friends after the service.

Mr. Davis was born December 3, 1951 in Henry County to the late James Coleman and Laura Peterson Davis. Loyce loved fishing, hunting, and anything outdoors. He was a long-haul truck driver for over 30 years before working at the Breeze-N-Mart in Cowarts for 20 years.

In addition to his parents, his siter and brothers all preceded him in death.

Survivors include his daughter, Michelle Poinivent; sons: Michael Davis (Megan), and Chris Davis (Kacey); grandchildren: Thomas Poinivent, Madison Davis, Kelton Davis, Gavin Davis, Katlyn Davis, and Hayden Davis; son-in-law, Jessie Special; friends the Johnson family; other extended family and friends.
