Larry Quattlebaum

Mr. Larry Quattlebaum of Slocomb passed away Monday, June 6, 2022 at his residence. He was 71.

Memorial services will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 9, 2022 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral home in Slocomb with Rev. Larry Newton officiating.

Mr. Quattlebaum was born March 19, 1951 in Lakehurst NJ to the late Clyde and Ilene Peel Quattlebaum. Larry was an avid Alabama football fan and enjoyed spending time at his cabin with his many friends. He retired after 35 years from PEMCO.

In addition to his parents, son, John David Quattlebaum; and brother-in-law, Joe Crutchfield preceded him in death.

Survivors include sister, Joyce Crutchfield and her two daughters: Christy Register and Gina Butler (Travis); great nieces: Hannah Register and Angibeth Strickland; two great nephews: Dalton Register and Baylen Strickland; numerous other relatives and friends.
