Judy Yeomans

Mrs. Judy Yeomans of Hartford passed away Sunday, July 17, 2022 at Hartford Health Care. She was 79.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 22, 2022 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home in Slocomb with Rev. Eddie Biss officiating. Burial will follow in the Hartford City Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home of Slocomb directing.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continuing until service time.

Mrs. Yeomans was born January 15, 1943 in Geneva County to the late Oscar Franklin and Lena Clara Ogburn Freeman.

In addition to her parents, her husband, Charlie Yeomans; son, Franky Yeomans; granddaughter, Heather Lord; great grandson, Gary Yeomans; niece, Jenay Walters; two nephews: Clifton Yeomans and Richard Holmes; sister, Joyce Ward, all preceded her in death.

Survivors include two daughters: Cathleen Koon (Steve), and Colleen Lord (Lonny); bonus daughter, Brenda Smith (Tim); son, Freddy Yeomans (Pam); grandchildren: William (Melissa), Brad (Valerie), Gary (Amanda), Chad, Danielle, Taylor (Andrew), Brittany, DeWayne (Lejla), Derek (Taryn), Dawnelle (Brandon), Christopher, Zachary, Crystal (Jose), Josh, and Danny. Many great-grandchildren and other extended family and friends.
