John Alfred Harrison

Mr. John Alfred Harrison of Hartford passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Flowers Hospital. He was 78.

A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home in Slocomb.

Mr. Harrison was born November 10, 1945 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Clyde Harrison and Dollie Sorrells Harrison. John retired from the US Postal Service and was a veteran of the United States Army.

In addition to his parents, one son, Johnny Harrison preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Martha Harrison, Hartford; daughters: Jesse Amanda Harrison, Dothan, Sherry Sullivan, (Bear), Birmingham; son, Jason Kyle Harrison, Lexington, TN; several grandchildren and other extended family and friends.
