Jerry Jerome Johnson

Mr. Jerry Jerome Johnson of Wicksburg passed away on Monday, September 2, 2024.  He was 62.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 6, 2024, in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time.

Mr. Johnson was born February 21, 1962, in Houston County to Betty Greathouse Johnson and the late Jerry Lee Johnson.  Jerome was a family man who enjoyed spending time with his friends and was an avid Alabama football fan.

Survivors include his mother, Betty Johnson; two daughters: Jennifer Johnson, and Rindi Johnson; son, Chas Johnson; a special grandson, Noah Johnson; grandchildren: Chasity Johnson, Jamien Collins, Christian Johnson, and Tanner Johnson; brothers: Dennis Johnson (Cha-rae), Darrin Johnson, and Chad Johnson (Candice); nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
