Mr. Harold Rienhimer Hinson of Slocomb passed away Thursday, March 17, 2016 at SAMC. He was 68.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church with Dr. J. Chris Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Slocomb directing.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Mr. Hinson was born August 14, 1947 in Graceville, FL to the late Sam Hinson and Sarah Balkcom Coker. He possessed a sweet, kind spirit and a good sense of humor. Harold loved the outdoors and being surrounded by nature.
Suvivors include four sisters: Veda Laraine Clark, Debra Ann Clark (Ed), Sara Jo Braswell (Mike) and Maureen Elizabeth Hinson all of Dothan; two brothers: Dennis Hinson and John Ike Hinson both of Slocomb; loving dog, Buddy; several nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
