Glen Dewey Carroll

Mr. Glen Dewey Carroll of Hartford passed away Sunday, October 2, 2022 at Southeast Health. He was 80.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 6, 2022 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home in Slocomb. Burial will follow in the Union Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday beginning at 1:00 p.m. and continuing until service time.

Mr. Carroll was born December 10, 1942 in Hartford to the late James and Ruth Griswell Carroll. Glen was a hard worker and a family man. He was a loving husband, wonderful father, adoring grandfather, and great brother who will be dearly missed.

Survivors include his wife, Geraldine Carroll; daughter, Tammy R. Luccioni; son, Shannon Dewey Carroll; two grandchildren: Crystal M. White (Zack), and Glen Allan Carroll (Angel); six great grandchildren; brother, Lenard A. Carroll (Lisa); several nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
