Faith E. Shane

Mrs. Faith E. Shane of Hartford passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Hartford Health Care. She was 90.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, October 8, 2018 at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 2580 Romig Road, Akron, OH 44320.

Ms. Shane was born October 26, 1927 in Akron, OH to the late Woodrow D. and Georgia Campbell McDonald. Faith enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grands and great-grands. She was a lifelong member of Calvary Baptist Church in Cottonwood. In her free time, she enjoyed crafts, sewing, and putting puzzles together. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be dearly missed.

In Addition to her parents, her husband, grandson, Michael Shane, and nephew, Jeffrey Smith all preceded her in death.

Survivors include daughters: Rebecca L. Davis (Mike), and Pamela A. Fisher (Mike); son, Dale V. Shane (Sandy); grandchildren: Charity A. Shane, Lindsey R. Lunsford, Joseph Fisher, Brian Fisher, and Annie Pigue (Robert); great-grandchildren: Breanna Harper and Aria Lunsford, Riley and Brandon Fisher, Abigail and Gabriel Fisher, and Robbie and Reese Pigue; sister, Hope A. Smith; nephew, Kerry Smith (Barbara), other extended family and friends.
