Chester "Chet" Exum

Chet Exum passed away on Monday December 26, 2022. He was 58.

Chet was born in Dothan to the late James and Brenda Scott Exum. Pawpaw was a loving husband, great dad and grandfather. He was also a great friend who would give you the shirt off his back and was always there for everyone. He made friends anywhere he went and would always make everyone laugh, even on their worst days.

In addition to his parents, his best friend and wife, Tammy Exum; brothers, Curt Exum, Chris Exum and Roger Dean; his best friend,  granddaughter, Ariel Parker; fathers-in-law: Governor Dean and Edward Jackson; grandmothers: Massey Mills and Maclyde Hall.

He leaves behind a daughter who was his ride or die side kick; Mandy Bond (John), granddaughter Lacey Parker (Austin), grandsons, Dylian Bond and Tristian Bond, great-granddaughter, Aerial Parker; great grandsons, Lincoln Gibson and Rhett Bond; mother-in-law, Fay Jackson; brother- in-law, Mark Jackson (Paula); a very special friend, Keith Jones; friends, Dink, Clayton, Mike and Larry along with his Chili’s friends

Pawpaw you will be loved and missed greatly and never forgotten.
