Catherine "Beth" Cannington Corley

Mrs. Catherine “Beth” Cannington Corley of Dothan passed away Monday, November 5, 2018 at Flowers Hospital. She was 73.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 9, 2018 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home in Slocomb with Rev. Brad Price officiating and Weyman “Ed” Cannington Jr. and Bert Kelly delivering the eulogy. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continuing until service time.

Mrs. Corley was born April 14, 1945 in Bainbridge, GA to the late Weyman E. Cannington Sr. and Helen Elizabeth Barber Cannington. Beth was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed singing and playing the piano. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband and father of her children, Don Corley; daughter, Caylon Corley West (Paul David); son, Chad Corley (Vicki); grandchildren: Weyman Corley (Faith), and Anna Layne West; brother, Weyman “Ed” Cannington Jr.; nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
