Carol Hill Killingsworth

Mrs. Carol Hill Killingsworth of Panama City, FL went home to be with Lord Monday, May 14, 2018 at her home. She was 67.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 18, 2018 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home in Slocomb. Burial will follow in the Slocomb City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday beginning at 1:00 p.m. and continue until service time.

Mrs. Killingsworth was born August 1, 1950 in Tallapoosa, AL to the late Dewey and Mary Champion Hill. Carol was a woman of faith who loved the Lord and enjoyed reading the bible. She also enjoyed watching soap operas on TV, going to yard sales and fishing. She was a loving wife, adoring mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed.

In addition to her parents, brothers: Jerry P. Hill and Kenneth W. Hill; sisters: Diane Hill and Barbara Sherlock all preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, Gerry Killingsworth; daughter, Donna Simon (Danny); grandchildren: Michael Ward (Mary) and Emerald Dunman (Justin); great grandchildren: Alyssa L. Ward, Johnie E. Dunman and Elaynna B. Dunman; mother-in-law, Joann Killingsworth; brothers-in-law, Jerry Killingsworth (Ann) and Terry Killingsworth; sisters-in-law; Roxanne Hill, Marie Metcalf and Nell Hill; step sisters-in-law: Nancy Heath, Ruby Phillips and Vickie Stewart; five nieces; two nephews; other extended family and friends.
